Where do I even begin. This book will definitely pull at your heartstrings. I felt for Connor and wanted to keep him myself. That poor boy goes through hell and back. Bishop is a father in a mission and is bound and determined to be the dad Conner deserves. He knows it's not going to be easy, and he will have to show everyone he is in it for the long haul. Charlotte is an angel who has a huge heart. The way she steps up to help these two heal is beautiful. Of course along the way she begins to heal with the help of Conner and Bishop.
This is a sweet story that is filled with heart ache and love. You will see how people can grow and change for those they love. Family is family regardless if you share blood or not. I like the way this story is written. Even though it does have a HEA the characters had to work for it.
