Devoted to a Dragon by Lauren Connolly

5.0

I really loved Lee's and Esme's story. He's a wounded man, returning to Folkheaven after a traumatic time, and hides his identity at first because he thinks she might not remember him. So he pines away, we learn about his past in the brutal dragon colony, and as it turns out, she's been feeling guilty for the attraction she feels for this "stranger", because she's been faitful to her mate all this time. So when they finally get together, its emotional and heartwarming. I originally read this as a part of the Dragons and Drakes anthology, but I re-read it again, when I received an ARC copy, and loved every second of it, so I'm leaving a review.
