I was skeptical about this. I have a fairyloot edition which is in all honesty the most beautiful book I have ever seen. It came with a letter from the author and her letter was so moving I thought I'd give it a try.
I really wish the next book was available to read immediately. Why do I feel they're somehow related to qayn. I didn't love Imani, I did think her view of everything was so privileged and she couldn't see what life was like for her people at all. Taha I feel a redemption. Is he so bad!? No. He is clearly a victim of circumstances and abuse. I fully support his character, he sees the true sahir which isn't this wonderful place it's full of injustice which I'm hoping he returns to amend in the end.
Please don't like Qayn betray them. I full support his journey and he's so interesting. There's a while story here waiting for us to unravel.
Please release the next book soon, please let me have another beautiful copy of it.
