First sentence: Rush week. Deacon hated it.
Favorite quote: "There was no trace of angry bunny at all. Just tired bunny. Sweet bunny. Maybe lost bunny, who had looked up at the stars only to discover that they were wrong, that he didn’t recognize them anymore."
Loved it!
Deacon's and Mark's relationship felt so real. They didn't rush in to anything, and when they did fall in love, I actually believed in it. I laughed out loud, I wanted to sob and my heart swelled with every second scene.
I loved how freely (mostly) they explored their kinks, how they found out what they liked together and were willing to try anything for the other.
I'd love to read a second book about them (not gonna happen, huh?), but I do feel like we got enough of anything from their story.
