it was ok.
we were finally able to see janie discover more about her family, was it entertaining? not so much... but i kinda liked it how throughout the book it was palpable how lost she felt regarding the hard decisions she would have to take for her future.
i thought this was the weakest book in the series. the end could have been more interesting and original but oh well... i'm happy that she and cabel were capable of talking about their problems and stay together at the end.
i'm sad that janie didn't find any solutions for her problem and a difficult life awaits her but i guess that's kinda of an interesting and realistic approach to have at the end of a book: "life might not always be a good time for some".
