This Winter by Alice Oseman

4.5

"When Nick came to see me in the hospital - the normal hospital that I stayed at for a while before going to the psychiatric one - I asked him why he hadn't broken up with me yet.
He looked at me like I'd suggested I wanted to die all over again and said, 'I can't just stop being in love with you."

I feel like This Winter gave me an insight into Nick and Charlie's dynamic together and also how the Spring siblings interact with each other. It was short but I loved that we got to see all of their povs (including Oliver's!). Also, Charlie's parents sort of reminds me of what happens in most Asian households as well. Nobody ever talks about their feelings and everything is sort of just kept pent up. For someone who is a fan of Heartstopper series, I absolutely loved this novella.
