This novel has connection to Tommy Orange’s debut There, There. Wandering Stars is a multigenerational saga beautifully written with great imagery. A novel that left me feeling and learning some things. Tommy Orange’s novels are so special because we don't read enough about Native Americans. This novel is an eye-opening look at America’s horrific war on Native Americans. The history and current day urban plight of Native Americans who struggle with generational trauma, addiction, abuse, and suicide. It will stick with me for a while.
