what a conclusion! thoroughly engrossed the whole time.

it’s been a while since i read book 1 — and definitely feel the need for a reread now — so i had to go a bit slowly to remember things and not get completely lost. but it was so worth it. a lot of this book was hard to read because it was so familiar but it was so good. cried at multiple spots. loved all the new friends made along the way. the ending was everything i wanted from the story: there were multiple points where i was scared of the direction it was going, but it always worked out exactly like it should. incredible, incredible book. i love these characters so much.
