This book was interesting, emotional, enlightening, hard to stomach at times, and amazing. It must’ve been very therapeutic but also very difficult to write, and even though I’ve never experienced anything like what Jennette has, I could still relate to some things — her anxiety, for one. I definitely would recommend this, even to those who don’t typically enjoy non-fiction (I don’t.). Listen to the audiobook, though. Jennette’s voice makes a difference.
