This book contains a lot of common sense stuff around eating, exercising and managing stress. Good reminders, but nothing ground-breaking. Specifically worth highlighting, IMHO, "It is very, very easy to out-eat your activity, because in the grand equation between how much you burn and how much you eat, the average person will never be able to out-burn a bad diet." You just can't work off that chocolate cake and Chinese takeout.
