A funny ghost story by Oscar Wilde. The story is as simple as that. It’s not a story that will terrify you, but it certainly is a story that will make you laugh.

As the title of the book suggests, it is about a ghost that haunts Canterville Chase which is an English country house. An American family named The Otis moved and bought the house for dirt cheap, because of the rumors of being haunted. But they don’t believe any of it.

After moving into the house they realize that there is indeed some ghost that haunts the house. But they are not afraid of it like the other people. They do some hilarious things when they come across the Ghosts, which are really funny.

I listened to this book as an audiobook in Audible, and I loved it. The funny voice of the narrator with a Spooky sound in the background makes it amazing to listen to.
It is a very short book, anyone can finish it in just one day. And if you want to listen to its audiobook you can finish that in about an hour.

RATING: 3/5
I rated it 3 stars because it was a very simple story and a very short one. Although I will rate the Audibook a 4 star (primarily because of the narrator) as a book it is a very simple funny story, and you can have a good time enjoying this book.
