I REALLY loved this book! I don’t typically read anything dark or mysterious, but this was pleasantly surprising. I was glued to this book the entire time and couldn’t set it down. However, I think the sexual content was way over the top, even as a regular romance reader. It kept me from giving this book 5 stars, as well as some parts that didn’t completely make sense, like Jeremy still allowing Crew to be around Verity while thinking she murdered his daughter. Otherwise, I loved the suspense of the book and thoroughly enjoyed it!
Graphic: Child abuse, Child death, and Murder
Moderate: Car accident, Abortion, and Pregnancy
Minor: Miscarriage, Vomit, and Death of parent
