Heart Strings by Melanie Moreland

4.0

Heartstrings surprised me, was not expecting this really swoony, romantic love story, and Logan was just amazing from page one. His confidence and belief in his ability to be who he was and not be intimidated gave the book a solid backbone. Lottie needed him more than she knew, and being with him enabled her to move on from a toxic relationship with her parents. Logan is the catalyst in this book as he helps Lottie discover who she wants to be and help her find the strength to do it.

Heartstrings hit so many right chords (yeah, I did that) with the story's pacing, the characters, the steam, and its low angst. Heartstrings is the perfect book to curl up with and just enjoy the story of Logan and Lottie, who are two of the sweetest characters I have read in a while. I am going to have to read more Melanie Moreland.
