A Certain Hunger by Chelsea G. Summers

4.0

At first, I thought this novel was grossly pretentious. Then, I realised it’s just the main character — she’s privileged and knows it, but also classist and fatphobic and dismissive and unlikeable as hell. A serial killer who is humanised without letting us believe she is in any way shape or form a good person? This is how it’s done.

It helps that the writing is gorgeous ✨
