The Lost Girls of Paris by Pam Jenoff

2.0

This book has received all kinds of awards. I had to wait weeks to get it from the library. I'm sure a lot of research has gone into the book. However, I found the story rather weak.

Maybe I missed it, but what was Marie's cover story? A young girl living alone in an apartment during WW II? Mysterious men coming to her apartment for drop-offs. How is she making a living? Not at all

It never occurred to Elenor that if a radio was taken that they could spy on the Germans and give them false information.
