Haunting and absolutely crazy.
I’m glad that I read this for the first time in college and had a chance to dissect it in a classroom setting. I’m also glad that the second time I read it was for a book club, where I got to talk about it with a group of people who had different ideas than me and no agenda to teach. There is a lot going on in this book and there’s a lot you can get out of it if you take the time. I highly encourage everyone to take the time.
