Perfect World, Volume 2 by Rie Aruga

3.0

Definitely better than the first one, but I still don’t think the writing is the strongest or the most engaging. I am also at times confused as to what is happening or who is speaking. It got better towards the end though, and it does tackle real-life issues in a way that is not at all romanticizing disabilities. I also think it was explored a bit more why they like each other which I’d felt was a major deficit in the first volume. Maybe I’ll give three a shot, but I still don’t see this series captivating me enough to read to the end.
