The Heart Principle by Helen Hoang
4.0
Really enjoyed reading this book. I love how it touches on masking and how much harder it is for women to be diagnosed with autism. I loved that it takes about caregiver burnout as well as autistic burnout and how even though Anna’s family had the money and the resources available they still invalidated her experience and made it seem as though she was being difficult for being different. I love Quan and how he supports Anna unconditionally. Usually romance novels are kinda sappy and the problems they go through aren’t really problems (IMO) but this book really did a deep dive into so many topics. Loved it; favorite of the series. 4/5
