Not my first book from this author, or my last. Really creepy crime/drama linking an over decade old case with a recent murder. I can not imagine having my head bashed in with a tire iron.....yuck.
Rachel is trying to get DNA looked at to try to free a man from jail for a crime he supposedly did not commit. Personally I think all DNA should be examined if there's a means to do it. Justice is not 100% accurate. Overall entertainment is three stars. I liked the book, but my tastes run more toward romance of some kind.
