There are a lot of characters and moving parts which makes it hard to keep track of everything.
I missed Adam and hope he's in the next one more. I did enjoy seeing Opal again.
This book has the classic YA "let's don't actually end this installment but leave it open to sell more books" ending which automatically bumps it down a star for me.
