Catering to Nobody by Diane Mott Davidson

3.0

I read this for the first time in high school, and I remembered it being a light, fun mystery. What I didn't remember was how many times the main character, Goldy, should have been arrested in the course of her "investigation", or how often the men in the book essentially pat her on the head with an "isn't that cute, the little woman thinking she can be a detective?" It still is light and entertaining, but it didn't age well.
