The Truth About Alice by Jennifer Mathieu

5.0

This book got me where I live(d). Alice reminded me a lot of myself at her age and the characters, though stereotypical on the surface, turned out to be real people. I appreciated the fact that there was no social media component to Alice's harassment and no suicide attempt as it would have seemed a little too pat and cheesy. Highly recommended to anyone who likes YA fiction, especially teens themselves.
