The Heart Goes Last by Margaret Atwood

5.0

This novel was so fascinating, and so unlike any other Margaret Atwood I have read. It is sci-fi, with some utopia elements, and, man, was it fun. It is every bit as thought provoking as Alias Grace and The Handmaid's Tale, but presented in a fun, new package that I loved. If you're willing to go on a wild ride, this book has some important and interesting themes which aren't as talked about in other works. Let's just say it will make you think twice about joining a subdivision community.

5/5 and one of my favorites.
