So I decided to read this because I wanted to read all of Gaiman’s work, but what I didn’t expect was how disturbing it was going to be. I thought this was going to be a sweet, little novella about a magic garden-esque fantasy world at the bottom of a garden. Well, I was wrong. At some points in this book I was actually so scared I had to pull my feet under the covers!! I absolutely loved it and read the book in one sitting, a true page turned and Gaiman’s descriptions are unmatched. I would 100% recommend this book.
