Did not finish book. Stopped at 48%.
I wasn't a fan of Harper and Rhen at the beginning of the book, but I figured I'd hold on and see if they got back to being the characters I enjoyed from the first book. Then their chapters just disappeared because we switched to Grey and the sister who I didn't like enough to remember her name. At first I was intrigued at the prospect of additional POVs alongside our original 2, but then I realized the thing I absolutely hate in a book series was happening: the entire book was going to drop the POVs we've already learned to read through and enjoy for side characters.

So, the character assassination at the beginning of the book of not just Rhen and Harper, but even Grey, the change in POV, and I just never cared to see where they were going and I'm not going to force myself to finish even though I checked and we do change POV back in the final book.
