This was just so tender and stunning. Mainly a lense on a mother daughter relationship after the husband/father (who is shown to have been dealing with depression) has disappeared when the daughter is 13. Did he die? Did he run away? They don't know. Yet his disappearance severely alters both of their experiences and memories.
Terranova does a wonderful job eliciting feelings of loss and lack of closure of the absence of a parent intensely.
