A brilliantly fast paced thriller, with all the twists and turns of an easy page turner, but with a bit more depth in terms of some moral dilemmas and dystopian themes. The premise for the book is fairly unique, if also quite unrealistic. There’s a whole host of characters, some of which are pushed to side to make way for the more prominent figures, but it still feels like everyone has at least a bit of ‘screen time’. The plot develops really well, lots of tension and second guessing of which characters you want to trust. The ending could have been better but was still really good, especially the last pages I really enjoyed. Definitely would recommend.
