The Kiss Plot by Nicole French

5.0

4.5 stars

Either Nicole French is mean or I'm a pirate! I just yelled "aaaaargh" and tried to throw my kindle. However, in my defense I did just reach the end...for now because as we all know this is only book 2 of the trilogy. Gaaaaaahhhhh! Still trying not to throw my kindle but it might slip one of these times.

The Kiss Plot starts off where The Hate Vow ended- in chaotic despair. be careful because attachments and feels are unavoidable. I think my favorite part of this trilogy is Jane's unlimited spunk. She is feiry, wicked, and sharp witted. I love her personality 110%. She has a "no [sh]ucks given" attitude that she wears like armor but she's actually a bit marshmallow-y. And boy does her feisty come out and play in the big leagues!

The Kiss Plot is a train wreck of epic proportions. You can't stop watvhinf, you can't actually help, but you are invested because you are witnessing the horrific outcome. Everything you want, need, and hope for is going to be taken advantage of in The Kiss Plot. Every hope and goal for this dynamic duo of contrasting images is twisted, torn, and frayed. All of it will be tested; not all will make it through the wringer.

My suggestion is stock up on mood enhancing treats. You are going to need them when Janus comes calling. Simple pleasures are not to be taken for granted....trust me!
