A true five-star-read!!!!! I fell in love with this unique story and was immediately captured by the characters. This book will stay with me for a long time and is joining the ranks of my all-time favorites. The pacing was perfect and the single POV made the slow burn that much more satisfying when they got together. Even though declarations happened 3/4 of the way into the book, there was still a believable conflict with the MMC and some uncertainty on his priorities - this helped keep my interest until the very end. The plot in this book stands on its own, even without the romance, making the book incredibly captivating. And the romance… no words! So much angst! The ending was perfection. Can’t say enough good things about this story. Obsessed!
