Not quite sure why I read/ listened to this one. I guess it was just enough of a cliffhanger that my brain wouldn’t let me let it go. But the main characters are insufferable, the storyline is annoying. I usually like celebrity meets ordinary person storylines but the naive, obnoxious, constantly changing her mind and breaking her word heroine just made me roll my eyes and cringe constantly. This is what I get for having a compulsion to always finish a story. I listened to it on 2.3x speed so I guess I really only wasted about 4 hours of my life.
