I had the time of my life with this book. And because of that, I know that I can't possibly communicate what exactly made this book so perfect to me and what it's meant to me to get to know this book which means...listy review.

ALL OF THE THINGS I LOVED ABOUT THIS BOOK:
- Alex was hilarious. The misaimed jokes Luc told him everyday were one of my favorite things about this book.
- Alexis Hall's humor !! The perfectly laid out pop culture references that hit so hard, I thought about them long after they had gone. And honestly just how funny and charming the story was told. If I wasn't crying, I was grinning my face off. Huge props to the narrator, also, because I ate this audio UP.
- Wow, can't believe I made it one bullet point, without mentioning Oliver who is probably one of my favorite MCs of all time. There are characters who, less than a page read, less than three pieces of dialogue from them, just capture your heart and that was Oliver for me. I really connected with him and I just want to protect him from any and everything.
- The early dynamic between Luc and Oliver was everything. The unsureness of them was yes awkward but in such a seamless way and then they pushed each other's buttons and then slowly their jabs became biting fondness and I can't even deal.
- And when they fell, I fell, everyone probably fell, because Alexis Hall is PURE MAGIC.
