I really really liked this. It was like reading over summers in grade school again. There were twists I anticipated and others I did not, and frankly the ending left it as almost a stand alone. I liked the slight shifts in perception and assumption for each character’s pov, and every one was awful and wonderful in their own way.
Graphic: Violence
Moderate: Body horror
There’s a lot of conversations about religion, especially concerning personal sacrifice and atheism later in life.
