For so many years, I was convinced I would never attempt to read another Stephen King novel. Maybe I shouldn't have tried to read Salem's Lot when I was 13.
But I'm so glad that I have a friend who loves King and convinced me to read this one. It's not really scary at all! But so good! In fact, I liked it even more than the movie, just because the writing is so captivating and you get a bigger picture of everything.
