Inhale, Exhale, Repeat: A Mindfulness Handbook for Every Part of Your Day by Emma Mills

3.0

This book was a nice read about mindfulness and being attentive in every day life. I liked a lot of the content of this book, such as the meditations and ideas about life. However, it’s clearly written for middle-class people, rich people or whatever you want to call it. Some work on inclusivity would have made this book even better. Most people don’t have a porch to sit on or a bathtub to soak in... Yet, I liked the book and the idea. Definitely worth a read.
