.x While I do love a musician myself, "Jaxon" was not appealing to me. Overconfident, makes some decisions on what *he* thinks will be best for others, the manliness and hunting (good thing Sloan writes the wild game recipe blog.)
As this was an older Jimenez book, I can see she's grown more sensitive of trauma. Sloan's attitude towards therapy and recovery is... Not surprising, but also not healthy. Also,why repeat that she has tattoos but never tell us what her sleeve consists of?! Other than her ex fiance's name.
