I felt like I should have liked this book more than I did. I had to push myself to listen to the audiobook. The narrator was not appropriate for the main character.
The teenage angst was limited to almost normal for a teenager. It was refreshing that the angst was "my Daddy doesn't love me" instead of the typical YA novel "oh, poor me, two boys love me". Hurray for readers!
I was entertained by the ending, which brings the rating up to a 3 star instead of 2.
