damn this manga is so good megumi morino you never misses maam. it made me cry so much that my eyes swollen after the last chapter. at first i was really creeped out by the fact that FL got possessed daily but when i know that good spirits are actually protecting her and getting to know them more i got warmed up with this story with these characters. ngl i wasn’t prepared to say goodbye to shinobu, haru, mirei and kanato. i wish i can read more of them. and damn what’s with harumichi’s arc WHY IS IT SO SAD😭😭😭😭 i hope sakura and her mom will find happiness eventually.

the ML, tetsu, he has the first kid syndrome meaning that he’s the one who shouldered everything mental health be damned. and in this story he actually did it so, because of the situation with his mother. i cried a river reading that chapter and i’m so glad his family decided to fight together this time. that he’s not alone in this matter.

i’m also glad his friendship with chihiro is getting better. i’m so proud of them. and the fact that chihiro is also one of those people who can see tetsu’s mom watching over her son made me so emo.

also ofc the relationship between shizu and tetsu. it started out as him getting money to get closer to her to him genuinely wanting to help her get better. i’m so glad they find happiness through each other, that they’re there for each other and that they’re each other’s strengths. the story is so wholesome, offered something new and unique and successfully made people getting attached to these lovely characters.

lastly, i’m still pissed off with her dad. i was hoping it was him who approached shizu first. but i guess this is a sign that shizu is really blooming, that shizu is a good person inside and out, that she’s not selfish and just want everyone to smile and not cry.

this is definitely worth reread. i’ll make sure to get both the paperback version and on kindle too.
