Adrian's battle with spirit was annoying.

Them having to take on Declan without having enjoy their married life was also annoying and I thought Neil was selfish. The epilogue did somehow placate those feelings in a way. *edit I HATE THE BABY. specially the implication they Sydney was about to mother him. NO! LET HER BE FREE!!!

Sydney's deal with Stanton/the Alchemist was just too good to be true. The plot twist with Jared was insane tho. That asshole.

I thought this book could've been longer, it could've been two books even. I was two hundred pages in and thought "this can't possibly wrap everything up" but it did, albeit hastily."

*edit: I almost fucking forgot. Sydney and Adrian haven't had a chance to talk about everything that happened to her in re-education. She hadn't had time to truly recover from that. I wanted to see them talk about what happened with them when they were away from each other *sigh*
