I'd heard of this book when it first released, but I wasn't reading much back then so I never bothered to get it. I found this in a Little Free Library and took the opportunity to finally read it. I didn't know what it was about, and I didn't know what to expect, but that didn't stop me from becoming absorbed in the story and crying along with all the characters, especially since it's something so real and something we've all heard about or seen, whether on the TV or in person. I love a book that can make me emotional, and this did just that.
