Blood and Sand by Elizabeth Hunter

Ooh, an ending left open to interpretation, kinda
Boajia has fascinated me from the start, so I was super stoked to FINALLY dive into his story (pardon the pun)!!
I was more than happy with the flow of his story (again, totally didn’t mean that pun either 😄) and LOVE Natalie. She’s a woman who goes after what she wants, regardless of the danger. Maybe sometimes TOO willful, but it makes for an interesting adventure. She was a perfect counterpoint to Boajia’s personality and I was a bit teary by that ending. I’m hoping to get a few more glimpses of them in future books to see where they really go from here!
