Jessica signs up to participate in psychology study on ethics and morality. She thinks it will be a quick, easy way to make some money. But when the mysterious Dr. Shields asks her to expand her participation in exchange for more money, things begin to take twisted turn...

I actually worked in psychology research in college, so when I heard about this one I knew i had to get my hands on it. I was not disappointed - this book is suspenseful and unsettling! The twists were cleverly executed, though not always unsurprising. The characters were complex and well developed - I was particularly fascinated by Dr. Shields.
