Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter by Seth Grahame-Smith
3.0
I enjoyed this book exponentially more than I had anticipated. I purchased this copy at around a decade ago, ready maybe 15 pages by which I was unmoved, and then put it on a shelf for years. Pulled it out this weekend with the intention of making it a one-day read and then donating it to a new lending library in my neighborhood. Unable to finish the book in one day, however, and so busy at work that I’ve hardly had time to breathe, I’ve just finished this book tonight and found some of it…moving? I think this book cleverly weaves together history and fiction in a way that manages to be both ridiculous and compelling. Definitely worth a read.
