So after reading the first book in this series I didn’t really like Jim but figured I would give him a chance. Well 35% in and I still don’t really like him. When I first started the book I actually liked him but the asshole from the first book soon came back. The scene talking about children is what really sealed the deal for me though. So I am DNFing this book, which sucked because I actually liked the heroine and was hoping for a good redemption story from Jim.
