I really enjoyed this book! I didn’t realize it was going to be a series so I was a little surprised by the cliff hanger ending but I enjoyed it.
This book felt like a magical workplace rom-com lol. I thought there was lots of great witty banter and funny moments. I found myself giggling and kicking my feet. There were some really beautiful romantic moments as well.
There was mystery that kept me intrigued and reading for more I thought the way things unfolded was well done. I loved Evie, The villain and Kingsley. They were loveable characters and it was easy to follow their stories.
I’m excited for the next book to talk about Evie’s mother. I want to know about Trystan’s mother. I want to know more about Kingsley and his situation. I’m also excited to see Evie blossom in her villainy and waiting for them to admit their love to each other .
Really excited for the next book a nice enjoyable read and it felt right for October while still be light and refreshing.
