I’m on a joy-seeking reading quest so have been looking forward to this. It is pretty charming and delightful and the sex is very good but the dialogue didn’t quite ring true to me and Christian’s style is a little wordy for my taste (as in she uses too many of them to get to where she wants to go and there was many a darling that should have been killed). And I wish I could be so articulate after two bottles of wine! But I’m being fussy and there is much joy to be found here.
