Why *is* being out so complicated?
I feel for these boys. 🥺 It seems like for every good reaction, they get 4 more negative ones.
But I appreciated the variety of queer stories shared in this volume. From adults, to out teens, to closeted teens, to everyone in between.
I also really appreciate Charlie’s discussion with Harry. So many people apologize to make themselves feel better and to look better to others, when in reality, that’s not the right reason. Tao’s apology for his actions was so much more sincere and honest in comparison. You don’t have to forgive someone for hurting you.
