She is my favorite author of all time but honestly I was a bit underwhelmed. The story didn't seem to progress much. I did appreciate the tidbits thrown in regarding Thorn and Savitar and I will continue to read. Maybe it was me, I was hoping it would have been better. Actual 3.5 stars.
