A good insight on being gay in 1910s from a author from that time. It's sad knowing that Foster wrote this knowing the book was never published in his lifetime.
I liked the Character of Maurice, he wasn't a great guy..but he felt like a well fleshed out and his suffering was felt. I liked the contact between Maurice coming to terms with his gayness while Clive stayed hidden.
It's sad seeing how Clive is so far in the closet he's reached Narnia.. I feel bad for his wife
