Grieving Noelle discovers her grandmother's secret past love. She finds Paul, the man in question, who offers to take her on the road trip he once planned with her grandmother. The catch: Paul's grandson Theo, Noelle's high school rival, must join them. Close quarters and shared accommodations lead to unexpected tension between Noelle and Theo during their two-week journey.

You, with a View is an absolute gem that had me hooked from the very beginning. Jessica Joyce's skill in crafting a compelling narrative was impressive.

Jessica handled Noelle's grief over her grandmother's sudden passing with sensitivity and depth. I loved the entire premise of Noelle going on the road trip for her grandmother. It added an emotional layer to the story that had me tearing up multiple times. The plot was well-paced, balancing moments of humor with heartfelt scenes.

Both Noelle and Theo felt incredibly real and relatable. The chemistry between them was palpable and the spicy scenes were indeed spicy. Their witty banter was a joy to read. They are both stubborn by nature which lead to plenty of conflict, but it never felt frustrating.

I felt for both characters during the third act conflict, the dialogue was raw, realistic, and emotionally charged.
