what I enjoyed most about this book was the mood and tone, and the slight peek into Asian and San Fransisco life. abby is a great character as well. admittedly; however, I got the impression that there would be a more clarified description of the working of the game. I had a little bit of fuzziness on understanding how the scorekeepers considered a valid play, and how the whole game was kept hush, hush. perhaps this will be in book 4? good book. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed.
